Product: Omen 17-w005ng
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Mein Laptop hatte einen leeren Akku. Jetzt hängt er am Netzteil, und ist ganz normal hoch gefahren.

Er zeigt jedoch an "Akku 0% Netzbetrieb, wird nicht geladen"

 

Netzteil und Akku sind Originalteile, wurden auch bisher noch nicht getauscht.

This Chinese seller will ship to Germany. Local sellers in Europe charge much more for the battery. U.S. sellers will not generally ship Li-ion batteries to Germany.

Sorry, but this can't be right. I can't remove the battery without losing some screws so i guess it's an Internal battery.

HP has posted a Service Manual showing a customer removable battery for the Omen 17-w000 model series which should include yours and the specs in the Manual seem consistent with the specs for your model. However, if I go to the Manual for the 17-w100 model series it shows an internal battery which requires opening of the case to access. This is that Manual:

See pages 18 and 20. Does this look more like your laptop? You should double check the actual model or product number of your laptop.
