(HP 15-ac121dx (Touch) Notebook PC )My hard drive failed and I purchased a new 1TB SATA I installed it and now my computer is say No Bootable device, install operating system. I followed the steps and ran the Hardware Diagnostics test and it passed. I don't see the Optane memory in the BIOS. What should I do now.

Hi:
You have to install the operating system. The hard drive does not come with an operating system.
Use the Media creation tool at the link below to create bootable W10 installation media to reinstall W10.
Download Windows 10 (microsoft.com)
To boot from the installation media have the USB flash drive or DVD you created with the media creation tool in the PC.
Turn on or restart the PC.
Press the ESC key to get the menu of options. Select the F9 boot options menu, and from that select the USB flash drive or DVD drive (as applicable), and press the Enter key.
The PC should then boot from the installation media and Windows should begin to install.
After the installation is complete, you can install the drivers and available software from your notebook's support page.
