Hi, so basically I play video games on this laptop and when trying to find out why a certain game wasn't running so well, I ran into this whole long issue about drivers and which ones were right and wrong. First, I tried going to the AMD page since I thought they would have the most updated drivers, but it turns out that didn't work, and then I came here to get new drivers which worked, BUT, customer support from the game I play said that I should try to get more updated drivers, since the only ones listed are from 2015 and 2016, and only the 2015 one actually works. Are there any newer drivers that I'm missing out on or something? Thanks! (I already posted this but after a pretty long time with no response I'm posting it again)

Hi:
The problem you are experiencing is that your notebook has the switchable graphics (APU + discrete M360).
HP won't update the drivers unless there is a bug was reported for one of the drivers on the support page.
They don't update drivers simply to update drivers.
The only driver that has any chance of working that is on the AMD website is this one...2nd one on the list.
If that is the one you used, and it didn't work, then unfortunately, I don't know of any other drivers you can try.
