Product: HP ENVY x360 13.3 inch 2-in-1 Laptop PC 13-bf0000 (552D4AV)
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11
I have a new Envy x360 laptop and Windows 11 reports that the processor speed is only 1.00 GHz
Here's the device specifications from Settings/About -
Device name ....
Processor 12th Gen Intel(R) Core(TM) i5-1230U 1.00 GHz
Installed RAM 16.0 GB (15.7 GB usable)
System type 64-bit operating system, x64-based processor
Pen and touch Pen and touch support with 10 touch points
It certainly doesn't seem to be running at 1.00 GHz.
Why would Windows be reporting such a low processor speed?
Thank you.
