Envy 13t
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I recently received a HP Envy 13t (shipped from china) and noticed some weird issues and wondered if anyone else was having the same problems.

- The trackpad is loose/wobbly in the lower left corner and creates a weird 2nd click noise that can be produced without even clicking sometimes but applying light pressure

- Weird buzzing noise when booting up. This noise remains until the laptop is fully up. Then when going back or forth or even refreshing chrome tabs this buzzing noise happens but only for a second

- Bottom left screen is protruding from the frame just a little bit (the metal there is slightly warped even though I got it new. Don't know if it was damaged in shipping....)

-  A couple mushy keys

I contacted HP support and they have given me a box to send to a HP tech center where they will try to fix these issues, but I'm not 100% sure how fixable they are. I was wondering if anyone else was having the same issues.

@Tam073
Thank you for posting on the HP Support Community.

If its a software-related issue this can be fixed by performing troubleshooting steps. However, it is a hardware related issue and computer needs to be serviced.

I would suggest shipping the unit in for repair will resolve all hardware related issues. Or even you can contact the dealer and check their options as you've mentioned its a new computer from china.

Hope this helps! Keep me posted for further assistance.
