I just got my New HP Spectre X360 2022 and unboxed it. Went to turn it on, wouldn't turn on. I the plugged in the cable and an amber light lit up showing it's charging. Still after charging it for over 1 hour it won't Power on, no matter how offen or how long I press the Power on button

Thank you for your reply.

I have tried the method explained in 1 multiple times to no avail. Now the laptop is fully charged but the power on button still does not react.

I also tried to contact support but in order to do that I would need to register my device with it's serial number which I cannot access, due to the laptop needing to work for me to find it out.

I think maybe it is the keyboard that is not reacting since the power on/off button is included in the keyboard.

The serial number should be on a label attach to the system.  If not then just log into your Microsoft account or whatever account you used to activate Windows and look for "devices". This assumes you were able to activate.

Should be possible to speak with someone below
