i got a new hp laptop pavilion 14-bf100nx( built in battery) and just use it for one week then i realized that when battery charging and after reached to 77% it is stopped charing and i should disconnect Ac adapter to recharge again but when it charge another 3% it is stop and i keep doing the same until reach to 100% .
i tried everything like: updating drivers , pressing power button for one minute and updating BIOS and nothing worked

A certain amout of discharge during shutdown is considered normal and expected from what I have been told. If it gets worse than 5% you may want to inquire about it at the Service Center.

Test the battery and charger using System Diagnostics. Immediately after powering on start tapping the Esc key. This will open a menu where F2 System Diagnostics is an option. Tap F2 key and open Component tests.
