Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hi, I just replaced my HP Laptop Battery. I charged it all day yesterday and all night. It has only got to 97% so far, The battery icon keeps going from laptop plugged in and then it switches over to battery for about 10 seconds then back to plugged in. It keeps doing this and I am wondering if it will ever reach 100 % and I dont know why it keeps switching between plugged in and battery. Any ideas ?

HP Recommended

Please provide the model number and tell us where you got the battery. Try removing power, let it run down to say 30% then charge it back up and see if maybe it behaves a bit better. Batteries can act as little flakey the first couple times you charge them up and discharge them.
