I have a new Laptop that has been returned and repaired by HP but the charging issue has re-occurred. I have requested a call back from HP Support twice in the last 2 days (Case NO.Edited) but there is no response whatsoever. The Laptop clearly is not fit for purpose and needs to be repaced or a refund issued. How to I ellict a response from HP when they fail to contact me?.
