Pavilion 360? Maybe

I am looking to upgrade to a new laptop. Although, my millennial son says laptops are history. I do not currently own an HP, but I do own an HP printer.   What I do own has become problematic because it doesn't have enough memory to even upgrade windows 10, which I am way behind on.  It has served me well for what I do...surf the net, email, watch an occasional tv show and store photos.  I am not a gamer and do not live stream things right now.  In this era of distancing, I would like the power to Zoom (I may have that now).  I found out that what I own is considered pretty basic.  I need the next step up for memory mostly and want a price point that matches my usage as much as possible.

Anyway, you all, I assume, love your HP products and can give me opinion on what may be my best and reliable options?  Even if it is not a laptop.

Thank you.

@birdie01

Sorry, but your post is confusing.

It sounds like you are asking to upgrade the memory on an existing HP PC -- and for that, we would need the detailed model number -- but then you say you don't own an HP.

We only provide support on HP equipment.  So if it is a different brand PC, you would need to contact their support forum.

I guess I thought people in the HP community love their products and would be happy to share their love with someone looking for one.  I guess that is not the case.  WA Wood

@birdie01

You asked about Upgrading a PC, specifically, MEMORY -- and asked about prices, the latter of which we are not allowed to provide.

You also said, CLEARLY, that you don't have an HP PC -- so there is NO WAY \we can provide you memory upgrade info.

I asked you for a product number and instead of providing that, you come back with a bunch of snide remarks.

Now, you're just being rude!
