Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I've purchased a new ZBOOK-POWER-G9 and a hp E24m G4 FHD monitor with a built-in docker, yet when I use the usb-c cable that has come with the monitor, my laptop is not charged with the error saying the AC charging adapter is not powerful enough. Any idea how I can fix this?
