Product: HP Notebook 15-ay163nr
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

My battery life has become too short. It has less than 4 hrs of life use. I spent all the time recharging my computer. 

 

I couldn't find a store that sells the right battery in order to exchange the one that is having problems.

 

How do I know which is the model of my battery?  Where do I have to look in the battery?

Hi,

The part number for your battery is 807956-001

 

You can try an online search with the part number to find a compatible battery
