Hi. I purchased a HP Laptop 17-cn3010ca Notepad - Aug. /2023.
I've recently run a battery report and have noticed that the battery life has
dropped from the initial 41 mh full capacity to approx. 36.6 mh - (11 %).
I seem to be getting ~ 2 - 2.5 hrs when on battery only, not running below 20% (I'm not running any games).
I'd like to upgrade the battery for more capacity if possible.. however I'm having trouble determining
if that is an option for this laptop
The current battery is - 3-cell, 41 Wh Li-ion [23] .
Can anyone assist me with this ? And where to buy ?
many thanks

I completely understand your situation. I own an HP Pavilion 15-eg2000 and spent considerable time researching battery upgrades. My laptop uses the HW03XL (3-cell, 41 Wh) battery, and unfortunately, there appears to be no official higher-capacity option for this model. I discovered that your HP 17-cn3010ca likely shares the exact same battery model. Both laptops appear to use the HW03XL or equivalent , which is limited to 41 Wh with no official higher-capacity options from HP.
