New battery required for laptop 14-dk0011na

Hello. I require a new battery for my laptop 14-dk0011na.

Amazon is showing Green Cell as an option. Would this work or are there any other recommendations on where to purchase a new battery?

Hi:

Chapter 3, page 18 of the service manual has the two batteries that could have come in the model series.

To further narrow down which battery HP installed in your notebook, enter the serial number in the search window at the link below and see if it generates a parts list that includes the battery part number that came with your notebook.

If no further information is available, most likely either battery would work, the second one probably lasting a longer time between charges.

The second battery part number is not orderable from HP.

If you find that you need or want the second battery, I recommend you do a search by the HP part number on Amazon or eBay, and find a compatible aftermarket battery that references that part number.
