Product: HP Pavilion Power - 15-cb062tx
G'day,
Having replaced the battery in my HP Pavilion laptop, the next step it seems, was to calibrate it.
I have followed every procedure suggested by HP Support Community members but the battery will not calibrate.
The log results of the test run via HP PC Hardware Diagnostics Windows 2.4.0.0 are below.
I am starting to suspect the new battery is faulty.
Any help would be appreciated.
Cheers
Chris

That can be one of the downsides of receiving and installing a battery with next to no charge.
I suggest requesting an RMA from the vendor you purchased it from.
