I want to change my laptop battery. So online buying of battery is good or by visiting the service Centre.

Your machine uses 3-cell, 48 Wh Li-ion prismatic part # 796356-005 which is NOT available from HP Online store.

I can't tell buying online or buying from a store which one is good. Buying online is more convenience than go to a store to buy..

 

It is up to you. Is there a Service center near you ? If yes then go to see them otherwise using part # to search online in your country.
