Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hi!

I bought a new charger for my laptop. The old one stopped charge at 84%. It charged only 1% every time I put the charger in the computer. The new do the same thing. Right now I use the computer without charger. Is there anything I have to do to make the charger work with my computer. I have restarted the computer 2 times. 

 I have done a HP diagnostic test on the battery and according to that the battery is good.

Can anyone help me. ? Thanks

HP Recommended

I used the computer without charger. When the battery had 15 % left I charged it again.  It worked up to 80% Now it has stopped. What is wrong?
