I purchased the HP Envyx360 in October, that is only 6 months ago. I barely used it at home and it started making a very loud grinding and static noise from the speaker. I called and went through a ridiculous 6 HOUR troubleshooting process only to be told to send it to your repair center since it is still under warranty.
I then receive an email stated I have to pay 480.00 to fix the computer and tried to blame damage and sent a picture of the USB plug that was damaged and sticking out. THERE WAS 100% NO DAMAGE WHEN THE COMPUTER WAS IN MY POSSESSION AND THAT ISN'T EVEN WHAT I SENT THE COMPUTER IN FOR.
I have serious ethical issues with HP and the extremely poor customer service and the robbing of your customers. I paid 680.00 for the computer in TOTAL and because it is poor quality and needs to be repaired , HP now tried to 'create' damage or damages the computer in YOUR care to try and charge me 480.00?
This is unacceptable.
I have tried calling HP numerous time to get is resolved but I only speak to agents, who barely speak clear english, they don't listen to what i'm saying and speaking off of a script, they keep telling me someone will call me but they never do.
I need this issue looked at by management and I need someone to call me to resolve this or I will be filing a complaint with the US Government, the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau.
Very poor and unethical business HP
