Hi members,
I recent received this new HP Pavilion Plus 14 inch laptop and have noticed the battery life drains abnormally quickly.
On the product indroduction, it says Up to 17 hours and 45 minutes based on Video Playback. However, my experience is it the battery capacity drops around 25% for every 1 hour use. So I assume the whome battery life for this new laptop is just 4 hours estimated. Most of my usage are just browsing with Chrome and some MS Office Apps like Outlook and Teams.
I've run through HP Support Assistant and Windows Battery report, and both of them show the battery capacity is reached the designed capacity at 68,000mAh. But still it doesn't make sense to me.
So just wondering what's the experience from other members regarding the battery life?
Regards

Do you believe that ? You would get around 6-7 hours

Hi Banhien,
Thanks for your reply.
Even though not compared with the advertised battery life, my device still seems abnormal.
The battery capacity just decreased from fully charged to 84% in 26 mins, and I was just browsing on Chrome.
