I bought the laptop 3 days back and have encountered a problem on the "L" keyboard key since unboxing. For some reason all others keys are fine but the L key. Its hard to press. Not as soft as the other ones. And pressing it again and again would make it work. Like something is stuck underneath. Its a brand new HP Spectre X360 2 in 1 15-DF1033DX. It has nothing to do with the software but the physical keyboard itself. So please post a solution to it.

I understand that the L key is stuck.

 

In that case, I would suggest you contact our phone support and check for the support option.

 

Here is how you can get in touch with phone support.
 

1)Click on this link - www.hp.com/contacthp/

2)Select the product type.

3)Enter the serial number of your device or select let HP detect your product option.

4)Select the country from the drop-down.

5)You should see the HP phone support number or Chat option listed.
