Microsoft Windows 11

I bought a HP Laptop 14s-fq1xxx around a month ago and it's been working great since.

However, in the last week, it does not charge beyond 99% battery and so does not reach full charge. I'm not sure what the problem could be given its newness, and the fact I haven't drained it before waiting to charge it.

Thank you.
