Hi, 

I ran some benchmark tests on my new laptop, bought in your online store (hp Italy store). I got a score of the cpu equal to 931 and a score of the gpu equal to 20218. The expected score are 1508 and about 80000 respectively. Now, I would know why my new laptop is running way below the expected value and if I have been deceived and so I have a faulty laptop. I would know before report this values.
