HP Pavilion 15 Laptop PC 15-eh2000 (4V3L6AV)
Hello,

I purchased a new laptop on galaxus on 17.02.2024 and received it on 02.03.2024.

According to the warranty check on HP website, the warranty has already expired.

The support team at Galaxus told me that there is a seller's warranty for this laptop, but no manufacturer's warranty because several months have passed between the manufacture and sale of the laptop.

As far as I know though, this is not correct because otherwise I am not be able to turn to HP for a free repair, right? That would mean that I was not actually sold a new device because as far as I know, the manufacturer's warranty always applies from the date of sale or delivery, right?

Thanks

There is a factory one year warranty for all new HP laptops and desktop PC's. You will need to register your laptop to claim it.https://register.hp.com/
