HP 15.6 inch Laptop PC 15-fc0000 (733M3AV)

I have gone through the RMA dispute process and it was immediately closed with no response? I purchased this laptop brand new from Amazon in April and provided proof of purchase. WHY is this RMA expired already and why have your RMA dispute process not worked properly?

I completely understand how frustrating this must be. I’d like to clarify that our agent did try to reach you, but it seems you were unavailable at that time, so the case was closed automatically.

 

No worries, let’s get this sorted out for you right away. Please send me the original invoice (make sure it clearly shows the purchase date and the serial number of your laptop) via private message. Once I have that, I’ll escalate it to the concerned team and make sure you get the support you need.
