Hello,
My Spectre x360 Conretible 14-ea0xxx is no longer accepting a charge, or accepting power to run the unit. I have heard that the plug ports are notoriously problematic.
I have a 3rd party warranty, but a quotation for repair needs to come from an AUTHORIZED HP Repair organziation. Looking on HP's PC Repair search site (HP® Service Center Locator - United States | HP® Support), and flitering on "Consumer Desktops and Notebooks) filters EVERY SINGLE LOCATION in the ENTIRE USA off.
Does HP no longer have authorized repair facilities ??? When you search without the filter results only appear that service commercial equipment.
Any thoughts ??

Here is HP's support web document
It does work, but I had to play with it to get results. Put in your city and state address without a zip code.
I will let HP know there are issues with the web document.

Thanks for the response.... Please take a look at my results. There are -0- in Tampa, FL which is the 3rd largest city in FLA, in fact as I review your screen shot there is (1) item in all of Florida, in Miami, which is 200 miles away.

Hi @Rickp703
I take it you did not notice that I said I would report the issues to HP.
I have already done that but I do not expect an instant fix.
I am trying to work with you.
I played around with it using the city and state combination and did get some results.
The image I posted was just an arbitrary city, state combination plugged into the web form.
Trying to get it to work by use of the zipcode alone was useless.
I also played with the device selection to get it to provide some results.
That is the thing about software. It is unfortunate, but since it isn't always perfect, sometimes fiddling around with it will give decent results.
You also could have used the chat feature to get information about where to go.
If you use your city and state+ HP Service Center as the keywords in a search engine, perhaps Google, in a web browser you can find a place to have your notebok serviced/repaired. See the example below
https://www.google.com/search?q=HP+Service+Centers+in+Tampa%2C+Florida&rlz=1C1CHBF_enUS918US918&oq=H...
In the interests of privacy I do not know where you live so am unable to assist you with a specific HP Service Center close to your residence/business.
