Hello,
I own an HP 15bs0xx laptop with Windows 7 Enterprise (64-bit) operating system. The problem I am currently experiencing is the that I plugged a USB thumb drive to one of the ports and it didn't show up to my computer page. It all started when I installed Windows 7. When I first got the notebook, it had windows 10 installed but given the fact that all the previous laptops I've had, I was always accustomed to using Windows 7 because of the desktop features. Anyways, after first opening the laptop, I took a CD with Enterprise edition of Windows and installed it. It was at that moment when I installed the usb, there was a problem when the sound for inserting thumb drives and portable devices didn't go off. I went to Devices and printers only to find out that my PC had a hazard sign.So I have looked for many solutions to fix the problem from troubleshooting to reinstalling the Windows 7 OS to looking for the drivers that were missing but none of them have worked. To give out a clearer image of the situation, I have attached pictures of my laptop screen. If there's anyone that has a solution for what I am going through currently, please let me know.
I greatly appreciate it.

Hi:
The first driver you should install is the chipset driver. The 2nd file down on the left side of the page is the auto install file.
USB3: Download, unzip and run the setup application from the driver at the link below.
Wifi: probably this one.
