computer coming up with no OS installed and not detecting HDD, has a Samsung m.2 256gb SSD, tried replacing the SSD and still wont detect when reinstalling Windows, if i put a normal HDD into the laptop it picks it up, not sure of the caddy/convertor to M.2 is faulty

You need to put the BIOS in AHCI, and then reinstall Windows 10
(The BIOS may not be in ACHI mode by default)

this bios doesnt have ACHI settings, the computer will detect a normal HDD put into it but the SSD that takes up the normal HDD Spot using a Caddy with a Sata to M.2 Convertor on it wont detect the M.2 card, even my Harddrive dock on my PC wont detect the SSD, and i cant find anywhere online that has a new caddy
