I am very upset, I have the 3 year warranty for the HP Spectre x360, and thank goodness because I've had to use it so many times. In this past month, I have been returned my laptop broken and non-functional after sending the laptop into get fixed. Now this time, I've been returned it with a broken screen that will sometimes not work and cannot adjust to any level of brightness (if it even turns on). What is worse, HP Support has not called me back after me attempting to contact customer service. And there is not option or phone number provided to try and submit a formal request that they get back to me. Please can someone help me to fix this issue and also get in contact with the support team, because otherwise what is even the point of having this warranty. CASE NUMBER: 5113687367
