HP Pavilion Gaming Laptop 16-a0xxx

I'd like the option to adjust the timeout on the backlit keyboard. That's my only complaint with the new gaming laptop. Seems absurd this option isn't provided.  I've checked in BIOS and there's no option to adjust this setting. Very pathetic so many people have expressed their displeasure at this and all HP does is have its personnel say sorry and then do nothing to address the issue. If I knew such a little problem like this was too much for HP to handle I would have returned this computer while I was within the return window.

As I know, we can only change on Business machines, but not 100%
