Hi

I see that I am not the only one having the issue: not being able to read the silver keyboard letters. I had about 15 various PC and never had this Problem . The Envy 16-h950nz costed me 2500 $ (the most expensive i ever acquired).

That cannot be! I am not going to by a film.. it should be possible to see the letter in black of silver. White light is not a solution and no light neither,

It is my first HP and it will be the last, if there is no solution proposed by HP
