I put new ssd and want to make as primery drive , when installing new windows from usb ,got error No Boot device
and check Bios menu to check options and could not see Legacy support option to enable or disable
Anyone can help me to resolve this issue

Have you checked if this SSD is compatible on your notebook? If you haven't please go through the Maintenance and service guide here you will find the list of parts which have been tested and are compatible on your notebook.
According to the product specifications it shows that your PC has been shipped with Windows 7. Your PC has not been tested for Windows 10. If you wish you could follow this link for tested product - HP Products Tested with Windows
Legacy support should be listed under Secure boot. You may refer to this support document - HP PCs - Secure Boot (Windows 10)
In case If the legacy boot is not showing, then that option might not be available in the BIOS version you have installed on the computer.
