Product: HP ENVY X360 17M-CE10130X
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Tried to use Zoom today on my laptop. No video of me. Camera device not found. Same with Skype. I tried every recommendation. Something is missing. I’ve had a lot of problems with this (very expensive) HP laptop. This will be my last. Also, no touchscreen, even though it’s supposed to be one.

Thanks, if anyone can help, I’d really appreciate it.

I understand  you are getting no camera device found message.

 

Do not worry. I will try to fix the issue.

 

On the righthand side of the laptop, you will find the privacy switch. Please turn off and check for the camera application.
