i dont even see where i fan would plug in for powerI keep having issues with a laptop randomly rebooting and feeling its an overheating issue.. I go to open the device since i do not feel any fan blowing and inside, there is no cooling fan. Does this model not come with one?

Hi:
Below is the link to the product specs for your notebook.
HP Notebook - 15-bs061st Product Specifications | HP® Customer Support
Notebooks with the Intel Pentium and Celeron processors do not come with fans.
The hardware engineers at Intel designed these processors to run without a fan.
And yes, I agree with you...they run hot without a fan.
I have a HP Stream notebook with a Celeron processor, no fan and after a while, it gets pretty darn warm.
