Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

After a recent glitch when updating Windows 11 I had to reinstall Windows.  Now windows does not recognize there is a camera.  There is no listing or driver for a camera in the device manager.  When I go to HP site for a driver there is no option for Windows 11.  How can I get the camera working? I tried installing Windows 10 (original to the laptop) but that didn't work either.
