No hard drive sata connector.

Hello! I was told from the seller, that I can upgrade the memory of my notebook using sata port. It came with 256 GB m2 sdd. I want to remove that and attach a 1 TB sata ssd. 

After opening the case, I have not found a ssd connector. There is a space and a flat cable connector though near the installed ssd (Circled in the pictures) which is marked JHDD.

So my question is: Is this part can solve my problem and is it compatible with my notebook?

I found this a very interesting inquiry.  In my opinion, going through all the links you provided and looking carefully at all the illustrations I could find, it certainly appears to me that you are spot-on with the Amazon part you referenced: https://www.amazon.com/Deal4GO-Interface-Connector-LS-E793P-4350EN32L01/dp/B07W14VP6F/ref=sr_1_2?cri...: please note that the 8-pin ribbon of this SSD/HDD interface will fit in your "JHDD" connector.  Since this product is tagged as being compatible with your "15-BS" notebook series, it is my opinion that this part is going to be your best bet.

If for whatever reason it isn't compatible, you could always return it and get your money back.

So, does it mean any 8 pin flex cable connected with a sata female prot will work here?

This part https://www.amazon.com/Deal4GO-Interface-Connector-LS-E793P-4350EN32L01/dp/B07W14VP6F/ref=sr_1_2?cri... has alternate part number CSL50, LS-E793P and 4350EN32L01. Can this be verified against Hp database somehow? 

Returning a low cost product from Europe is not practical. So, before ordering, it would be nice to make sure of compatibility.

Yes, wouldn't it be nice if we could cross-check this part -any part- against a comprehensive, integrated and user-friendly HP database.

Unfortunately, Some data is accessible, some is difficult to access, and lots of data is not accessible at all.
