Hello,
I have an HP Spectre running on windows 10. I bought it used and did a factory reset. The mouse is missing and the touch pad does not work. So it's either the driver or ribbion. When I look-up the driver I do not have anything under "mouse."
The item runs on Windows 10 Home; The touch screen works great.
Please help.

Hi @dh3595
Welcome to the HP Support Community.
1) May I have the exact model name of the computer? Click here for steps on finding the information we need. Do not share any of your personal information such as serial, phone number, email ID, etc.
2) How did you re-install the operating system? Was it using the recovery partition or from a recovery media?
While you respond to that, try these steps to update the computer -
Step 1 Windows Updates -
1) In the search box, type and open Windows Updates.
2) Check for updates.
3) If the updates are available, click on install and restart the computer.
Step 2 HP Support Assistant Updates -
1) In the search box, type and open HP Support Assistant.
2) Check for updates.
3) If the updates are available, click on install and restart the computer.
If the issue still persists, test the hardware -
1) Shutdown the computer.
2) Turn the computer back on again and repeatedly tap on the ESC until a Startup menu appears.
3) Press F2 once.
4) Go to Component test.
5) From the list, run the touchpad test.
Let me know how that goes.
