Why are HP Envy laptop hinges and stacked SSD drives not being recalled with all the issues reported.

 

I have never had such poor performance and issues with a new computer in my life. Why are HP envy laptop hinges and stacked SSD drives not being recalled with all the issues repeatedly reported? If this was a car it would have been recalled a long time ago..... 

 

If you’re looking to work and be on the go with a computer, this is not it!  

 

Why is no one mentioning this? Perhaps because you have to jump through hoops with 2nd party sellers and techs such as Best Buy being told a simple fix will do. It will not. IF CONSTANT

REPLACEMENT PARTS IS WHAT YOUR AFTER THEN BY ALL MEANS.

 

If you’re looking to work and be on the go with a computer that is solid in hardware and performance time after time... this is NOT IT. Do not get sold on the double drives they are stacked and faulty!

 

Not only does this cause hardware issues but it puts all your data at risk.*******

 

I have always been an HP FAN TILL NOW.

I AM STUNNED AT HOW THIS IS BEING HANDLED internally and via support.

 

Stacked drives and cheap materials never last! 

 

I have taken the same computer back multiple times for hinge issues, and now the same SSD situation. Not only does this computer cost you money but time and resources. 

 

Note my laptop sits in one place and is hardly used.*******
