No se inicia el portátil

Buenas, intento encender el ordenador pero es como si le costase me sale como una luz abajo. Tarda un rato y después me sale un rectángulo azul que pone que no va el disco duro que le dé a F2 para hacer pruebas me salen pruebas y las hago, reinicio el portátil y me pasa otra vez lo mismo. He probado adar al F10 como me sale en un vídeo, al rato se me abre pero al hacer lo que me dice no se cambia nada.
