I have no sound from my headphones on my hp laptop 15-bw0xx, no error or other messages can anyone help? Please.

Please enable it first from Playback devices as follows:

 

1. Right click speaker icon (right hand corner)
2. Select Sounds
3. Select Playback
4. Right click Headphones
5. Enable it t
6. Click Apply.

 

If you sould not see headphone on the list, you have to do aclean install audio software:

 

(a) Download the following driver and save on your computer,


            https://ftp.hp.com/pub/softpaq/sp93001-93500/sp93151.exe


(b) Go to Device Manager, Sound to uninstall sound driver and reboot,
(c) Right click downloaded file and select Run as administrator,
(d) Reboot again.
