Pavilion 15-bc019nl
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I purchased this laptop 2 months ago. Few days back it started making loud noises.  Noise is not present all the time. It comes and goes and stays for about a minute or two. Noise is independent of the task i am performing. I can feel the vibration when it is making noise. Vibrations are strong near at the front (Around the touchpad). I ran HP diagnostic test and it did not show any error. What should I do?

As I understand there is noise coming from your laptop. Don't worry as I have a few recommendations:

Updating your Notebook computer BIOS

Keeping notebook air vents clear and clean

Increasing the efficiency of the notebook to reduce heat

Using Windows Task Manager to identify corrupt processes

Selecting power saves settings to shut off your computer when it is not in use

I would also like to add that noise comes only when i am performing light tasks,,, Like its idle or i am reading. I can play games for hours and i dont hear any noise. I tried to clean the fan, uninstalling most softwares, also updated the bios, that did not work.

I took some screen shots from speedfan readings

this image is right after game. Sound is normal. Sound of fan running at high speed.

fan 1: 4700 aprox

fan 2 : 100

After sometime, when temperature is cooled off. I start hearing this noise. Like fan is trying to run, but something is holding it off. And the readings are

fan 1 : 2100 aprox

fan 2 : 200

After some time noise stops, and it randomly starts again. Do I need to claim warranty? Or i can fix by my own? I purchased it just 2 months ago.
