HP ENVY x360 - 13-ag0009ng
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Dear support,

This is my second Envy. the first one I have bought one year ago with Pentium 8xxxx processor, and was very happy. this one went to my wife, and I have bought the second one - this time with Ryzen 7. 2700. This one very quickly gets fan kicked in and RPM`s sound quite high. It is really noisy. Pention one never gets to that levels of noise.

oh I also checked the temperature on BIOS when fan was noisy and the temperature was only +45.

I have tried all the updates and battery parametrisation. However, effort did not result any changes.

Is there something you could suggest in this case to get the laptop quieter ?

Many thanks

Vytenis

Too, you can check if your notebook have CoolSense Technology. If yes, find and connected to "turn on".

But first ...

1) Go BIOS (when you turn on your computer click F10).

2) Go System settings tab (or something that says similar).

3) Verify if "Fan always On". If yes, turn "Fan always Off".

4) Save changes and reboot (fan might be loud when you do this).
