Hi, my mobile workstation's fan is always running heavily, even I am not running any software. Could someone please help me take a look?

Hello @imengchaoemcc 

 

Please reset the bios to default and see if that helps.  Sometimes the fan always on will get set on the unit.  If that does not work, I would call your local support to get repair set up.
