I just bought a 15-s eq3031nl from a on-line shop.
The laptop seems ok, but when touching it does a strange noise, in almost every point over and around the keyboard, it's very loud and annoying. It seems as if the shell (keyboard site) does not adhere. Using it like this is impossible, can't imagine working with it.

I'd like to know if it can be considered a manufacturing defect or not, and possibly who has to have a look on it, if the seller or an HP service center. Also if this kind of problem can be covered under warranty.
Thank you
