Product: HP Pavilion Notebook
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

After having problems with my laptop screen going dark intermittently and my battery not charging (I can always shut down and reboot - so far), I ran the Hardware Diagnostics System Fast Test. The test indicated a battery failure id PGBU5K-8MQ98U-MFPX7F-C09803. I have had this laptop 15 months so it's out of warranty. How does one replace a non-replaceable battery?
