Microsoft tech cannot ?! help me and they refer to the OEM: I am not able to download W10 May update vs 10.0.18362 ; My OS is W10 home version 1809 SP 10.0.17763 [OS build:17763.529];
Trying fails as I get the black X referring to a Microsoft page mentioning '' windows update blocked.... see below''

Symptoms
If you are trying to upgrade to the May 2019 Feature Update for Windows 10 (Windows 10, version 1903), you may experience an upgrade hold and receive the following message:
This PC can't be upgraded to Windows 10.
WHAT IS HAPPENING? pls support me.

Please remove ALL USB devices, SD card, mouse, keyboard ... which are connected to your machine and try again.
