Product: OMEN Transcend 14 inch Gaming Laptop PC 14-fb0000 (9F276AV)

Hello All,

I am trying to connect my laptop with a dell WD22 docking station which has an power input from a adapter rated for 180W. Still when i am connecting the USB C thunderbolt and display port enabled input from dock to the laptop, i am able to use the monitor connected with the dock. But i am not getting power from the dock and displaying incompatibility with the adapter.

Wanted to know if there is any limitation on the same.

That would be  an issue with the Dell dock and its firmware.

 

You will have to find the answer to that over at a Dell community.
