@Kamal10,

Thanks for engaging in HP support Forums! This is a wonderful location to converse with the community, get assistance and find tips! I understand you are having issues installing Intel Integrated sensor solution on your HP Notebook. Don't worry I'll be glad to assist you.

To provide you with an accurate solution, I'll need a few more details:

Could you provide me with the exact model of the PC? Use this link to find it:  https://support.hp.com/in-en/document/c03754824  (Ensure you do not share any of your personal information such as serial, phone number, email ID, etc...).

Have you recently made any changes on the PC before the issue started?

Did you install a retail copy of Windows or OEM version of Windows?

Have you tried to update the drivers either using Windows update or using HP Support Assistant?

In the meantime, let's try these steps here:

You may follow the below steps and check if the device appears in the list.

1. Right click on Start menu and click on Device Manager.

2. Right click your computer name in Device Manager and click on Scan for hardware changes. Device manager scans your system, now check if the device shows up.

You may also run the Hardware and Devices troubleshooter and check.

Hardware and Devices troubleshooter checks for common problems and makes sure that any new device or hardware connected to your PC is installed correctly.

  1. Right click on the start menu and select control panel.
  2. In the category select small icons.
  3. Select Troubleshooting.
  4. Select View all on the top left corner.
  5. Click on Hardware and Devices.
  6. Follow the on-screen instructions to run the troubleshooter.

You may also install all the pending updates and check if it helps.

Updates are additions to software that can help prevent or fix problems, improve how your computer works, or enhance your computing experience.

I would suggest here is to download and install the Intel Driver Update Utility - This will scan and install the relavent drivers for your PC.

Also, download and install HP support assistant on your PC. It should automatically download and install the latest updates and drivers for your PC.

Refer this link to know how to use HP support assistant.

Please let me know if this resolves the issue, or if you require further assistance!

Eagerly waiting for your response!

I hope you have a good day ahead,

And Feel free to ask your queries as this forum has some of the best people in the world available and ready to help.

Regards,
