Hi Team,
I have upgraded the RAM from 4GB to 12 GB and not when trying to upgrade SSD the laptop is not booting. When I remove the newly installed SSD laptop is working fine. Want to know whether the WD Blue SN570 NVMe SSD 500GB is compatible to my laptop. HP Notebook - 14q-bu005tu, ProductID: 2UB14PA#ACJ

Unfortunately, the the WD Blue SN570 NVMe SSD 500GB is not compatible with your laptop.
Your laptop is compatible with SATA SSD types.
Online guaranteed compatible SSD and memory source.
