Product: Spectre 360
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (32-bit)

Bought brand new <18mths ago. White flashing light by battery charger and computer won’t turn on. This is ridiculous for a $1200+ computer not even 24mths old. Is this the battery? Other hardware problem??
