HP Recommended
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

HP EliteBook 745 G3. Not detecting VGA and HDMI . Both cables well tested with other laptops. Well tested. Device manager showing only " Generic Monitor". Tested with old BIOS HP N73 Ver. 01.08, 1/28/2016 and updated HP N73 Ver. 01.55, 7/28/2022. Not recognizing in both cases. My display has scratches. So I want to use external monitor I have. Please guide me.
